Maximize your billable and non-billable technician time with Tigerpaw’s CRM Technician Dispatching Software. Powerful technician dispatching project tools enable service managers to effectively manage service calls, dispatch scheduling, tech support, service order production and maintenance contract tracking. Produce service orders by customer, technician, problem, status and type. Speedier and easier technician scheduling is available using our graphical dispatch board to better track technician time and increase profitability.
Technician time is precisely managed in Tigerpaw CRM+ through the use of time logs – which technician performed what work, and whether the work was billable, non-billable, and/or chargeable to a maintenance contract. Labor charge information – including the applicable unit factor and standard rate, as pulled from the relevant account – is included, as is detailed information such as reason for service, comments, log start and end date and time, distinction between “actual” and “elapsed” technician time totals, and detailed expenses like lodging, food, fuel, mileage, and more.
Time logs are tied to service orders. Once time logs are created within a service order, they can be converted to billed labor items. Log comments are automatically copied to the service order and carried through to the historical information on the relevant account. This integration helps you shore up service management throughout your organization and maximize billable technician time.
Tigerpaw enables ongoing technician time analysis through numerous time log reports. Run reports by technician, reason code, contract, service order, account, and more to discern where and how resources are being spent, as well as what service aspects can be made more efficient… and, ultimately, more profitable.
CRM+ introduces enhancements to several time log-related features: time logs can now also be transferred between accounts; the “force time logs” feature can now be overridden; and parts & labor and time logs are more fully integrated.
We are very excited about our new software. It seems that we are still finding ways that are making our lives easier with Tigerpaw. Thanks for all your help.

We have been using Tigerpaw software for over two years. We started with the 16-bit version and migrated to 32-bit when it became available. Our experiences with the software and the organization have only been positive. We have over 12,000 service tickets that have been handled by the application. We plan on integrating Tigerpaw with our new accounting package. The people at Tigerpaw have been very good to work with. I highly recommend the suite.
